Every instrument is carefully double-boxed, palletized, and air-shipped using tailored, secure packaging to ensure it arrives safely. Whether it’s a Vintage Vibe Classic 64 or Marquis 73, we treat every order like a one-of-a-kind instrument because it is.

We offer worldwide musical instrument shipping, including both door-to-door piano delivery and more economical airport pickup options depending on your region. Our team understands the unique demands of piano logistics, especially for boutique instruments like ours.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Options

We offer two shipping tiers for our electric pianos:

• Door-to-Door Service: Our premium, fully insured method. The piano is delivered to your residence or studio, professionally packaged and palletized.
  
• Economy Service: The most budget-friendly option, where your piano is shipped to the nearest major airport for pickup. Most of our international piano shipping uses 3-day air freight, though delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or regional access. All instruments ship from our New Jersey piano workshop, and we strive to minimize transit time while maximizing protection.

Estimated Shipping Costs for Electric Pianos

Shipping is a commodity and fluctuates daily. We’ll provide you with a final quote upon completion of your piano build. Shipping costs can be paid at the time of your final invoice.
Average rates are listed below:

• Worldwide Door-to-Door Piano Delivery: $600 to $800
  
• Economy Service (Airport Pickup): $400 to $600
  
• Non-Metro or Remote Locations: Pricing may be higher based on carrier availability and destination. Shipping quotes are valid for one week. We do not provide guaranteed pricing at the time of order placement.

International Electric Piano Shipping and Duties

For our international clients, please note:

Duties, taxes, and VAT are not included in shipping estimates and are the buyer’s responsibility. Charges vary by country. A quick search for your country’s import tax on electric pianos can usually provide accurate estimates.

Vintage Vibe ships globally and regularly manages customs paperwork for musical instruments. However, delays at customs are outside our control and not included in estimated shipping timelines.
