Piano Warranty and Customer Support
Vintage Vibe warrants all components of the Vintage Vibe Piano, including tines, preamps, and performance features such as the StereoVibe, Dual Capstan Action, and Variable Voice Control, to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of shipping or pickup.
What’s Covered
Our comprehensive 1-year warranty backs every instrument and accessory sold by Vintage Vibe. If any part is found to be defective during this time, we will provide replacement parts at no cost to the original purchaser. In cases where in-person service is required, the piano must be returned to our shop for repair.
Please note:
The warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, damage during shipping, or modifications performed by unauthorized technicians.
How to Request Warranty Service
If you experience an issue covered under warranty, please contact our team directly by phone or email. To help us assist you quickly, have the following information ready:
- Serial number of your instrument
- Proof of purchase
- Clear photos or video of the issue
We’re proud to say warranty claims are extremely rare. Therefore, we do not use an upload form or service portal. Instead, we offer a more personal, hands-on approach to every customer issue.
